<li>2 concombres pelés et épépinés</li>
<li>1 poivron vert épépiné</li>
<li>2 gouttes de Piri Piri (Tabasco portugais)</li>
<li>Plusieurs branches de persil plat</li>
<li>1 gousse d’ail</li>
<li>180 ml d’eau environ</li>

<p><strong>Préparation</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p>-       Coupez ½ concombre et le quart du poivron en tous petits dés (brunoise) et réservez.</p>
<p>-       Coupez le reste des concombres et poivron en gros dés.</p>
<p>-       Dans le bol du mixeur, réduisez tous les ingrédients en purée à l’exception de la brunoise.</p>
<p>-       Ajoutez de l’eau au besoin, salez et poivrez.</p>
<p>-       Remplissez 4 cubes à glaçon de gaspacho et congeler.</p>
<p>-       Réfrigérez le reste du gaspacho.</p>
<p>Servez le gaspacho dans des verres. Déposez un glaçon au centre de la soupe et parsemez du mélange de brunoise.</p>
<p>Poivrez et servez immédiatement.</p>
<p>Beau et bon.</p>

<p>Préparation :</p>
<p>A l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un bon couteau éplucher la courge puis la couper en cubes de 3 cm environ. Cuire les morceaux 5 mn à la vapeur ou dans un fond d&#8217;eau non salée. Les morceaux doivent être tendres, mais ne pas s&#8217;effondrer.<br />
Pendant la cuisson, hacher grossièrement la poitrine  (ou la couper en tout petits morceaux).<br />
Disposer les morceaux de courge et de poitrine dans un plat à gratin, en mélangeant délicatement (si la courge s&#8217;écrase un peu, ce n&#8217;est pas grave).<br />
Parsemer d&#8217;herbes hachées et éventuellement de pignons de pin à votre goût. Assaisonner de noix de muscade et de poivre. Saler très légèrement, je force sur la noix de muscade. Verser une lichette de crème liquide (je dois mettre à peu près 5 cl), et finir par saupoudrer de parmesan râpé.<br />
Enfourner 20 mn environ dans un four préchauffé à 210°C.<br />
Servir bien chaud, accompagné d&#8217;une salade verte.</p>

Coupez-les en petits morceaux.</p>
<p>Pelez et écrasez l&#8217;ail.<br />
Pelez et émincez les oignons et les carottes.<br />
Hachez le persil.</p>
<p>Dans le plat à tajine (ou une cocotte ou un wok) faites revenir l&#8217;ail et l&#8217;oignon dans l&#8217;huile.<br />
Ajoutez les topinambours et les carottes avec les olives et le persil. Saupoudrez du safran et de la muscade, arrosez d&#8217; une cuillérée de miel.<br />
Salez, poivrez.<br />
Versez l&#8217;eau chaude. Mélangez bien.</p>
<p>Laissez cuire pendant 35 min à feu doux.</p>
